Privacy Policy
Effective October 24, 2026
The short version
- We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which shows us totals such as page views and which sites sent people here. It sets no cookies and doesn't identify you.
- The site has no sign-up and no ads, and nothing on it tracks you across other websites.
- The forms write a message inside your browser. Nothing reaches us until you copy that message and send it to us yourself.
- We use what you send only to reply to you, prepare a valuation you asked for, or deliver the weekly report.
- We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
Who we are
Spawnbook is run by Gautam Prasanna ("we" or "us"). You can reach us at gautamuprasanna@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you contact us by email, Discord or another channel, we receive:
- What you put in your message. For a valuation request: the game link, your role, your age group, Robux earned if you choose to share it, your Discord name or email, and any notes. For the weekly report: your name, your studio or fund, the genres and deal size you buy if you choose to share them, and your email or Discord name.
- What the channel shows us, such as your email address, Discord username and profile picture.
- Billing details if you subscribe. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We don't receive or store full card numbers.
- Our messages with you, including your agreement to these policies and to any subscription.
Please don't send us passwords, Roblox account cookies, government ID numbers or card numbers. If you do, we'll delete them.
Information about games and creators in the report
The report uses public information that Roblox shows on its website: game names and links, player counts, visits, ratings, favorites, update dates, chart ranks, and the creator or group name Roblox displays. We don't collect anything else about creators. If you made a game in the report and something is wrong, or you want it left out, email us and we'll correct or remove it in the next update.
How we use information
- To reply to you and prepare valuations you ask for.
- To send the weekly report and run your subscription, including billing, reminders and cancellation.
- To keep records the law requires, such as tax records and proof that you agreed to an automatic renewal.
- To prevent fraud and abuse.
- To see how many people visit the site and which links bring them here, in totals only.
We don't use your information to make automated decisions about you. We don't sell it, and we don't share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that help us run the business: our email provider, Discord, our payment processor and Cloudflare, which hosts this site and counts visits. They get only what they need to do that job.
- Nobody else for their own use. We don't pass your details to game buyers, sellers or marketers.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
- A new owner, if the business is sold or merged. This policy would still apply to information collected under it.
Services on this site run by others
- Hosting. This site is hosted on Cloudflare, run by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare handles each request, including your IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site, and it may set a strictly necessary security cookie. That is covered by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab), not this one.
- Visit counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and how they found the site. When a page loads, a small Cloudflare script reports the page address, the site that sent you there, your browser and operating system, your country and how fast the page loaded. Cloudflare says it uses no cookies or browser storage for this and doesn't fingerprint visitors. We see only totals and can't pick out any one visitor. Cloudflare's Privacy Policy covers this too.
- Fonts. The typefaces are stored on this site, so loading them doesn't send your details to a font service.
- Links. Game names and sources link to Roblox and other websites. Their own privacy policies apply once you're there.
Apart from these, no third party collects information about your activity on this site through our pages.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Nothing on this site tracks you across websites, and our visit counts don't identify you, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to turn off. We don't control how Cloudflare responds to those signals.
How long we keep it
- Requests and messages: up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Subscriber billing records: for as long as you subscribe and up to 7 years after, for tax and accounting.
- Proof that you agreed to an automatic renewal: at least 3 years, or 1 year after your subscription ends, whichever is longer.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Email gautamuprasanna@gmail.com and we'll reply within 45 days. We may need to confirm it's you, and we may keep information the law requires us to keep. We won't treat you differently for asking.
If you live in California: our business is below the size thresholds of the California Consumer Privacy Act, but we give everyone these choices anyway. We don't share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing.
Children and teens
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you're under 13, please don't send us a request. A parent or guardian can contact us instead. If we learn we've received personal information from a child under 13, we'll delete it.
If you're 13 to 17, a parent or guardian must send any valuation request with you. The weekly report is only for people 18 and older.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No system is perfectly secure, which is one more reason never to send passwords, account cookies or card numbers.
Where information is handled
We and the services we use may store information in the United States or other countries.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we'll also email subscribers before it takes effect.
